Insurance is supposed to be there to protect you during some of the most difficult and unexpected times in your life—not add additional stress when you are already going through enough. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of compassion and understanding shown after more than two decades as a loyal customer.

Whenever difficult decisions were made, the explanation seemed to be, “That’s underwriting’s decision.” Yet when trying to get answers, responsibility seemed to be passed back and forth between underwriting and the agent’s office. As a customer, I should not have to figure out which department is responsible. I entrusted my insurance and my family’s protection to my agent’s office, and I expected them to advocate for a customer who had been loyal for more than 20 years—not simply point the finger elsewhere.

Dave Vidmar our process with your office felt heartless. When someone has faithfully paid their premiums for decades, never missed a payment, and then experiences difficult circumstances, that is exactly when you expect your insurance company and agent to stand behind you.
